I wish to congratulate President Barack Obama on this the second-term victory at the polls.
Obama's victory is truly an inspiring one to Pan-Africanists who prayed for this outcome. We do hope his victory will serve to bring his administration closer to addressing some of our chief concerns like the reparation for African enslavement by Europeans and North Americans.
