Bob Marley would 'bun out' Obama

First, let me say that I have utmost respect for most of the views and actions of Bob Marley.

On the first night of Barack Obama's visit to Jamaica he made what seemed a beeline to the Bob Marley Museum claiming to be a big fan and all.

However, there are certain undeniable facts about Bob Marley. One is that he smoked marijuana, which was illegal at the time and could have easily been sent prison in the US just as Marcus Garvey was, albeit for a different crime. But a crime is a crime.

My personal view is that if you are going to ban ganja you must ban cigarette smoking too, so that the "elusive silver bullet" that I heard Obama talking about may have already been lodged and caused him not to see the hypocrisy of the laws of the country that he governs.

Next, Bob Marley would never countenance a US president who passed laws supporting gay lifestyle. Personally, I could not give a hoot about the issue, but I know that Bob would have put some serious fire on it.

The only commonality I know about Bob Marley and Obama is that they are the products of multiracial parents.
