Dear Editor,
In light of former Police Commissioner Owen Ellington's testimony at the Tivoli Enquiry, I am still struggling to understand the basis upon which Pastor Al Miller continues being legally required to answer corruption charges. For we have heard of permissions granted and he being sent in to broker surrender.
I wish that some legal luminary would take the opportunity to explain how and why this makes sense, especially following the court's ruling on the "no-case submission" made by Miller's defence team.
