The evolution of the St Hilda's head girl saga suggests to me that the public defender is displaying her own bigotry by her premature insertion into this matter and by calling for "anti-bigotry laws".
The public can be excused for thinking that she is intent on using her position to flex her muscles in the application of her own anti-religious bias. Why has she ignored and marginalised the school board, the local courts, and for that matter the Queen's Privy Council? Jamaicans should be very concerned that this individual may be the future head of a human rights institute as she seems to think that all rights are equal but some are more equal than others.
A word to the wise is enough.
