Dear Editor,
I was born a premature baby, seven months old, and I have never really had any complications attributed to preemies.
If members of this Government do not regard me as a baby, in a real sense, then to them am not a human being, in a real sense. Hence, I am not a citizen in a real sense.
I am now 30-something and, in a real sense, I wonder if the Government would consider to refund me the amount that I have contributed in taxes. It's quite a sum. It is only fair that they refund me all my contribution and let me find somewhere that I am regarded and respected as a human being.
Maybe the mindset of this Government is that the majority of Jamaicans were born prematurely and are not considered people in a real sense so they continue to treat the people of this country inhumanely.
