I note with in interest an editorial cartoon in the December 16 issue of the
Jamaica Observer, illustrating a pretty red vehicle emblazoned with the ‘Digicel Play’ writing on the side overtaking a vehicle with ‘Flow’ marked.
Frankly, I have no interest in either company outside of being a customer of both, but I am already disappointed in Digicel for rolling out their Digicel Play service that seems to still be in development mode.
I am calling on Digicel to sort the problems out before further selling the product. The consumers of Jamaica are fed up of having to deal with poor customer service and product issues.
If the problems continue,hopefully, just hopefully, the sleeping Consumer Affairs Commission will wake up and act on the behalf of consumers.
Further yet, I am sure Digicel would not want Digicel Play to be dubbed Digicel Fail.
