Dear Editor,
The editorial in the Sunday Observer of July 17, 2016, titled ‘Caribbean, beware the South China Sea disputes’, is worthy of the careful attention of Prime Minister Andrew Holness, his Cabinet, Madam Leader of the Opposition and her spokespersons.
We are hungry for investments to bring economic growth, thus creating employment for our people, but we must be careful that China’s willingness to do all kinds of investment all over Jamaica is not bait covering a fish hook, which once you swallow, you are caught with no way out to escape.
