Kindly afford me space in your Jamaica Observer newspaper to offer my sincere thanks and appreciation for the extraordinary customer service which I received from Davian Edwards of Digicel’s broadband Internet services some days ago.
He went beyond what is usually required of a customer service agent to solve, rectify and address the problems that I was having with my broadband browsing services and spent a long time working assiduously to detect and solve the problem.
Edwards displayed a high level of tolerance, patience and understanding working with me over the telephone to solve the problem which had lasted for three consecutive days. His was knowledgeable and his technical skills and innovation found a solution in about half an hour.
Other customer service representatives were previously unable to solve the associated problems and so I was extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service and technical work which I received from this well-spoken representative of Digicel.
Never before have I received such extraordinary and unique customer service from Digicel and I have a duty and responsibility to publicly say thanks to Davian Edwards, a true and informed professional.
