Dear Editor,
Shopping with coupons could be good for Jamaican consumers where the dollar has very little value and spending power is practically down. I am a civil servant who hasn't got a salary increase from way back when, and it's unlikely that we will be getting a hike anytime soon, so I do believe coupons would work for me and others in similar circumstances.
Many families are struggling, especially single mothers.
