I would like to congratulate the management and entire staff of the Firearm Licensing Authority. Not only do they continue to improve the operations of the organisation, but the courteous, efficient and professional way in which the staff members deal with the public is absolutely encouraging. The organisation and positive staff attitude displayed at the Firearm Licensing Authority should be duplicated in all government agencies.
