Dear Editor,
I would like to include my two cents' worth on the preaching ban on public transport. Whenever a preacher boards public transport and decides to deliver God's message, I listen, even when I am not in the mood, because I am a God-fearing man.
My position is that you never really know if that ride may be your last, and it would be nice to know that at least you have spent the last moments of your life listening to the words of God who has mastery over your eternal salvation. While I am probably taking the position of most believers, those who are atheists are least likely to concur with my assessment, but to each his own.
Most believers in God accept as true that as the world approaches the end of time, the forces of evil will make every attempt to silence his words. That's why believers must draw the line and decide where they stand. I know exactly where I stand, and inevitably we must each decide our own destiny.
