Dear Editor,
I do not comprehend how a sovereign, independent, autonomous, self-governing free State would be satsfied with the transfer of our final court from a colonial power to another extra-national entity.
I do not think there is any great difference in the quality of jurisprudence between British Privy Council, Caribbean Court of Justice, and a Jamaican Final Court of Appeal.
I am attracted to my name sake, Delroy Chuck's proposal, because it does not cost any more and, for psychological reasons, it would be ours.
I cannot wait to vote in a referendum.
