Dear Editor,
Thanks to Ms Pearson for publicising the uncouth and obnoxious behaviour of her "middle-aged" neighbour in yesterday's edition of the Daily Observer (Tuesday, September 15, 2015).
Unfortunately, many of us Jamaicans assume that "manners and good behaviour" are closely aligned with money and class. The story identifies the hidden truth of the mindset of some of us with "money and position".
The guilty couple remains unidentified, but I do hope that readers will begin to understand that every one of us must be judged by our deeds, not on who we are or whom we know, or (worse) how much money we have. Thanks again.
