No, Mr Garry Sinclair, I cannot wait until March to have my issues with your network sorted out. That is preposterous, what should I do until then?
I've been experiencing numerous dropped calls and network disruptions when making a call for months now. What you're telling me is that I should wait until then for this to be fixed. God forbid I have an emergency and need to make an urgent call; with the unreliable network I might be stuck in that predicament for quite a while.
When it comes to the data service, I don't even know where to start! Whether with the constant delays in my e-mail and WhatsApp messages or the frequent drop in my data service for hours. Plus, the Internet service has been acting up for months.
I won't point fingers and say that it is as a result of the merger, because I have both Flow legacy Internet and LIME legacy Internet separately at my office and the two don't make one. Sometimes they are simultaneously down and all tasks have to be halted.
It makes no sense calling Flow's customer care centre, because that has got me nowhere! First, it takes forever to get through, and when you finally get to speak to a customer care representative, they can't understand what you are saying and vice versa.
It is unfair for you to ask customers to wait when we are paying for services which are not being delivered, while you take your own sweet time to get around to them.
I don't have the time to go to the Office of Utilities Regulation to make a complaint, but I would like these issues to be resolved in a timely matter.
Another thing, stop accusing Jamaica Public Service's unreliable supply and vandalism for the poor quality services offered. I think you've ridden the vandalism wagon too long, enough now! Stop pointing fingers and fix the real issues, and don't tell me to wait for how long for them to be rectified because they didn't occur overnight.
