Customer feedback important to Digicel Play

I write regarding a letter of complaint to the editor about Digicel Play published in the Observer on December 22, 2015, written by a Rhonda Crawford who purported to be a customer who had a bad experience. Extensive checks by the Digicel Play team have yet to confirm that the writer is a customer.

We take customer feedback very seriously and go to great lengths to ensure full resolution of issues as soon as we become aware of them.

Our breakthrough product enjoys the highest level of customer satisfaction and is best sold by satisfied subscribers who recommend the ultra-fast Internet speed, high definition TV and crystal clear digital telephone service to their friends, families and neighbours. Recent research has shown on average eight out of 10 new Digicel Play customers would recommend the service to a friend or loved one.

We promise the growing numbers of people who want Digicel Play in their homes that our teams are working hard and quickly to deliver the ultimate in-home entertainment to their communities. We will continue to use forums like the Observer to keep them updated on our steady progress.

Your editorial cartoon on December 16 was spot on, as it depicts the true sentiments of the public that Digicel Play is positioned well ahead of its closest rival. Our commitment is to continue driving faster Internet speeds and innovation for consumers to do more with true Fibre-to-the-Home technology.
