The National Water Commission’s service and customer service is beyond poor. It is woefully inadequate and no one in authority has been able to provide customers with adequate information.
The entire Christmas weekend, from Saturday to Monday, December 28, 2015, most of the Beverly Hills, St Andrew, community was without water and no one at the commission — not customer service, not the president’s office, not the Minister of Water’s office — has been able to tell residents what’s the problem and when it will be fixed.
This is unacceptable, especially during the holiday season when customers need to cook, drink water, bathe, and flush toilets for household members and guests, including babies and the elderly.
My family and I are fed up, disgusted, angry that we have to put up with such poor and inadequate service and unaccountable leadership.
Minister Pickersgill, you need to get involved and for once solve the problem!
