Dear Editor,
The hallowed corridors and ground of the Little Theatre echo with the inspiring memories of George Carter, a son of Jamaica who gave light to and illuminated the talent of innumerable playwrights, authors and performing artistes.
The theatre of our souls will dim its lights in honour of a beatific spirit who was passionate about the arts, generous in the expression of his talent, and humane in his judgement of humankind.
The Creative Production and Training Centre knew him well, very well, and now celebrates a life lived creatively and productively.
A light has gone, but in its wake we are left with a legacy which darkness will never defy.
