Dear Editor,
I wonder how many of us were able to hear or watch that wonderful interview on RJR and TVJ, which was done by the very experienced journalist Earl Moxam, as he interviewed the great Peter Abrahams, a few days ago.
That interview was also replayed on the programme That’s a Rap, which is heard on RJR on Sunday.
Peter Abrahams has been a humble stalwart and a brilliant writer and journalist, who has worked with RJR for many years, giving his personal commentary on weekdays. We always listened to his very interesting commentary.
This awesome patriot celebrated his 97th birthday just about two weeks ago. I was very pleased to see him in such good condition — still mentally sharp with a healthy mind. Isn’t it wonderful to see him alive and well, with the hope of living to more than a hundred years?
Let us extend our right hand of fellowship to Peter Abrahams and pray for God’s blessing on him and his family. And a happy belated birthday to him as well.
All the best to you, Peter, may God bless you richly.
It would be good if all those interviews and commentaries, including those from the 90s, could be put on
YouTube so they can again be enjoyed.
